Gentle Hatha Yoga

This 60 minute gentle class emphasizes slow, deliberate movements, mindful breathing, and focuses on alignment and relaxation. It combines foundational yoga postures with gentle stretches and meditative practices, making it accessible to practitioners of all experience levels, including beginners.

We may also incorporate props like blocks, straps, or bolsters to support the body and ensure comfort in each pose.

It is 1 hour set aside for you to step away from your busy schedule to quiet your mind and connect with your body.

Cancellation up to 12 hours prior to scheduled start time is not possible online, but I will refund the credit back to your account if you cannot make class.
