
This 1 hour gentle class will emphasize slow, deliberate movements, mindful breathing, and a focus on alignment and relaxation. It combines foundational yoga postures with gentle stretches and meditative practices, making it accessible to practitioners of all experience levels, including beginners.
We may also incorporate props like blocks, straps, or bolsters to support the body and ensure comfort in each pose.
Cancelation up to 12 hours prior to scheduled start time is not possible online but I will refund the credit back to your account if you cannot make class.
