We’ll start with a free consultation to get to know each other and explore your yoga journey so far, as well as what you would like to achieve.
Your goals could include building strength, improving flexibility, refining alignment, or mastering a specific pose—like learning to safely come into a headstand. You might also choose to focus on relaxation techniques, breathwork, meditation, or anything else that resonates with you.

If you are interested in starting or learning more about my 1:1 yoga sessions please book a free consultation. We will chat over tea about your goals through yoga, any previous yoga experience you have or don't have and go over a few basic yoga postures. We might also set a schedule to get started!
