Beginner Yoga Series

Embark on a 4-week journey designed to gently introduce you to the transformative practice of yoga! This series is perfect for beginners, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore foundational yoga postures and techniques. Over the course of a month, you’ll build confidence, improve your flexibility and strength, and develop a deeper understanding of your body and breath.

What to Expect:

  • Foundational Yoga Postures: Learn essential poses commonly practiced in Classic Hatha yoga classes, such as Mountain Pose, Warrior Poses, and Forward Folds, all taught at a slowed-down pace to ensure proper alignment and safety.
  • Accessible Modifications: Guidance on how to adapt poses with props or alternate techniques to suit your body’s needs, making the practice inclusive for all levels of mobility and flexibility.
  • Breathing and Relaxation Techniques: Introduction to simple breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness exercises to help you connect with your inner calm and focus.
  • Weekly Progression: Each week builds on the previous one, gradually enhancing your skills, balance, and confidence.

Who Should Join:

This series is ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break, or anyone looking to refine their basic yoga skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Need:

  • A yoga mat if you have one - you can borrow one from me if you don't
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Optional props like blocks, a strap, or a blanket if you have them - you can borrow from me if you don't :)

Where We'll Meet:

In The Yoga Room at Paull Chiropractic at 100 W. Racine Street in Janesville, WI.

The cost is $75 and that will register you for all four classes. No refunds transfers or exchanges for any missed classes. If we have to reschedule due to weather we will extend the series one more week.

By the end of the series, you’ll feel more comfortable stepping into a yoga class or continuing your home practice. Join me to create a foundation for a lifelong yoga journey!
